Engr. Adeyemo is a chemical Engineer by profession and was once the Managing Director of Summit Oil Nig. Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. (Chemical Engineering) and an MBA degree, both from the University of Lagos.

He is a member and the Lagos State Chapter Chairman of the Chemical Engineers Society of Nigeria.

He is currently the Managing Director of Davechem Associate Ltd., an oil service and drilling company.
