We are pleased to introduce to you our company PARKVALE LIMITED,wholly owned and managed by qualified and experienced Nigerians. A couple of complete professionals who were yearning to improve the level of professional practice of the local building contractors and bridge the gap between the multinational and indigenous construction companies incorporated the company in February 1999.

The company has subsequently been registered by several government registration bodies such as The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, Lagos State Central Works Registration Board, Ogun state government, Osun state government, Department of Petroleum Resources, The Federal Works Registration Board (Cat. C) etc.

Over the years, the company has pooled together a devoted team of managerial, technical, skilled and unskilled workers who individually have a wealth of broad experience in their various areas of specialization and trade.

We have since incorporation, handled a wide range of design, construction and maintenance of residential, industrial and commercial projects for government MDAs, private and corporate clients including Oando Plc, Ecobank Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank Plc), Intercontinental Properties limited, Modesty properties limited, ACCL, Lagos State Government amongst others.

Our head office is located off the Lekki- Epe expressway at house no 9, Addo- Badore, Ajah in Eti – osa local government area of Lagos state with correspondence offices in Ijebu–ode, Ogun state and other parts of the federation.
